• Deposits: Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Obtain any necessary approvals from homeowner associations or local authorities.
• Ensure the work area is clear of obstructions prior to service.

5. Warranties and Limitations

• Warranties are limited to the scope and duration expressly outlined in writing.
• BEA is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, severe weather, acts of nature, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While BEA takes every precaution to provide safe and reliable service, the company is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
• Pre-existing conditions or structural issues beyond the scope of our contracted work.
• Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice.
• BEA reserves the right to apply cancellation fees if costs have been incurred or materials purchased.
• Projects cancelled after commencement may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional charges.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida.
